Serve these healthy treats as a side snack with your wine & cheese plates or sprinkle on top of an entree for an added tasty garnish!
- 1 Bunch kale leaves ,washed, trimmed and thoroughly dried
- 2 Tbsp The Groves on 41 Raspberry Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- Sea salt or pink Himalayan salt to taste
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line large rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper. Tear kale into ‘potato chip’ size pieces. Massage Raspberry EVOO & salt into kale, coating all nooks in surface. Spread on to baking sheet & bake for 25-30 minutes, turning the baking sheet once half way through cooking. Cool & serve.
