- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg

Break eggs into a wide, shallow bowl or pie plate; beat lightly with a fork. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and milk. Place the bread slices into the bowl and let them soak up egg mixture. Turn to coat both sides.
Heat griddle or skillet over medium low heat and coat with a good layer of Praline Olive Oil. Add bread slices and cook until bottom is golden brown. Turn and brown the other side adding more Praline Olive Oil as needed. Serve with sprinkle of powdered sugar. Try slicing lengthwise for real kid-friendly finger food! Serves four.
